IT operations that
won't surprise you.

Senior engineers for startups and small teams across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We design the infrastructure, fix what breaks, and run mining hardware like a production system.

What we do

Our services.

Whether you're standing up your first office network or running an industrial mining floor, every engagement is scoped, owned, and supported end-to-end.

How we operate

Operating standards,
not promises.

What we design, deliver, and operate to on every engagement. These are the floor, not the ceiling.

FAQ

Answers before you ask.

Everything we get asked before someone fills out the contact form. If we missed yours, include it in your message and we'll answer plainly.

How quickly will you respond, and what are your SLAs?

A real person reads every message and replies personally, usually fast. We don't push a one-size-fits-all turnaround; instead we set a custom SLA with you for each engagement, agreed by both sides, with regular progress updates. If you have an active outage, mention it and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Who does the work on my account?

A senior engineer owns your account end-to-end. They scope the work, do the work, and stay on call for it, with full context of your environment. No tier-1 escalations, no rotating account managers, no losing the thread between calls.

How do you charge?

Per project, scoped after a discovery call. We don't publish flat rates because a 10-person office and a 40-person mining operation don't have the same problems. You'll receive a written scope and price before any work begins.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes, and it's more common than you'd think. We run takeovers as a structured handoff: inventory of credentials, licenses, and hardware, documentation of what we find, and a clear picture of what's healthy versus what needs attention. Your environment keeps running while we transition, and you end up with documentation you own either way.

We're down right now. Can you help?

Tell us in the contact form that you have an active outage and we'll prioritize the response. For existing clients, incident response is part of the SLA we agreed together, so you already know exactly what to expect when something breaks.

How fast can we get started?

It starts with a discovery call, usually within days of your message. Smaller breakfix and helpdesk work can move almost immediately after that; larger projects get a written scope and price first, and work is scheduled as soon as you approve it. Nothing sits in a queue behind a sales process.

Will we be locked into working with you?

No. Every engagement ends with documentation and a walkthrough, and you own both. Passwords, configurations, and diagrams live in your hands, not ours. We'd rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is painful.

Do you sign NDAs and standard MSAs?

Yes. We're glad to sign your standard NDA and master services agreement, or work from ours if you'd prefer.

Where do you offer onsite support?

Anywhere within 35 miles of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We can travel further by special arrangement. If you're outside the radius, mention your location in the contact form.

Do you support remote-only work?

Yes. Anything that doesn't require physical hands, including server administration, configuration, audits, scripting, and infrastructure design, we handle remotely for clients anywhere in the country.
